Finding The Flow

With so much uncertainty in the world, it is extremely difficult to remain positive at times. I am someone who loves to plan. I enjoy being organised. Without the luxury of planning, my past, present and future have been dissected. This has resulted in many hours spent questioning myself. Doubting myself. Simply being frustrated and angry.  It has got me nowhere.

Acceptance of what is and letting go of what was, have been a necessary practice. One which, with time, is providing me the tools with which to hang in there. I continue learning that I need to get out of my own way, in order to move forward. We tend to create endless hurdles in our minds. Our thinking becomes blurred and leans towards the negative. Resulting in the darker shades of everything being more prominent.

I now understand that I’m exactly where I need to be. Finding my natural flow of Life. Waiting for it to carry me to the next level. For it will show me the way. The Universe will bring about the changes I need and it will decide when that time is.

Until then, I have the power and the choice to make the most of every minute of each day. To see the good in everything. To do good wherever possible. To be the best person I can be.

  1. Ingrid to self analyse is always beneficial and keeps one aware of where we are, who we are and what we want. Being conscious of oneself is so important. It pushes us forward to those higher levels. Big hug.

This is an incredibly powerful message, written at a time when so many people, especially South Africans, are trying to make sense of what is happening in our lives.
